Beautiful day with plenty of gators and turtles basking. I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful park. Manatees are frequently spotted on boat tours in the winter months - the colder the better. I saw one, but they have recorded over 50 mantees this year!

38 Species - A great trip and a great list for only a couple hours!

*Razorbills are typically found in Canada and Maine, along the Atlantic coast. In the winter they may be recorded as far south as North Carolina on rare occasions, but this year 100's of these birds have been spotted off Florida's coastline. Sightings along the Gulf Coast are even more unexpected but there have been several in the region since December. It is still unclear what drove the birds so far south.

Sorry for the lack of posts, folks. I will try keep up this year, even if it is just species lists. Thanks for reading!

Cheers,

Aubrey and Matt
